VA: hey everyone real fuckin quick:
VA: if an adult mydian is following you around DO NOT mess with them. they've been ordered to protect you and help make the game easier. the point of the exercise is actually to keep us weak enough to betray us easily later but that's going to matter a lot less if we transcend, and they can't really stop us from doing that. makes level grinding kind of irrelevant.
VA: just putting this in here before I forget bc I'm about to go fight the rainbow shade and it would be so embarrassing if one of you killed your bodyguard or something cause I didn't mention it.
VA: also if you die they'll be stuck as a shade forever for stupid reasons so don't die. (rip to yuwen's bodyguard.)
VA: "but ajact why do you have to fight the rainbow shade alone!" cause I'm fully transcended and I can kick its ass and we can all go back to playing this game like we were supposed to instead of everyone getting horribly killed.
VA: is that everything.
VA: oh yeah the dark planet is the shade of skaia so if anyone wants to get on figuring out how to destroy that maybe skaia can "get its memories back." ok see you all soon.

CC: ummm would a bodyguard be like... an adult who bursts into flame when u kill them......
CC: i feel like i vaguely remember mbe shooting some1 like that........
CV: I suspect that you're correct, Kuviu.
CV: But Ajact, are you suggesting that I can't fully transcend because it would require annihilating the person who has been integrated into the self-destructive aspect of my psyche?
CV: For that matter, what happens to them if I try to recover my memories from my shade?
CV: Ajact, I'd really appreciate some clarity on this issue, if you're done doing childish victory dances and receiving accolades from nearby civilians.
CV: It's been hours, surely you're not still fighting this "Rainbow Shade."
CC: mbe she was tired and went to sleep? idrly get what the rb shade is but it sounds tough
CV: I suppose that's the most likely explanation.
CC: n e way how ru doing getting stronger
CV: It's hard to say. My cloak allows me to air dash now, and I've gained a sort of scrying ability, but I haven't been able to find any bosses that could grant me incarnation abilities. Like the first one, the arenas exist but they're empty.
CC: mine 2!
CC: aw man my evil bodyguards been running around while ive been asleep killing all my bosses n stealing my abilities =:(
CV: Ah. I'm beginning to grasp how they thought they could keep us "weak enough to betray." But as Ajact points out, they can't keep us from transcending.
CC: i mean they kinda can, if we cant get strong i cant make it 2 my dreamself
CV: If I could find a way to Derse that wouldn't be a problem... Ajact, when you get back, tell us how you got to Prospit, please.
CV: While your impulse to inform us of what you're doing is admirable, you seldom manage to answer any of the questions I have, or tell us anything actionable.
CC: mbe were thinking abt it wrong
CC: mbe we can get fast n sneaky n get in there b4 they can get us
CC: cos from what aj says it sounds like we dont need 2 worry about getting out after i transcend
CC: i got an evasiony ability n we can make items thatll help
CV: It's certainly an idea worth testing. I'll make my way back to my village.
CC: then me 2!
