The smith creates the DUAL-ACTION VIBROSHEARS, a two-handed weapon that can split into two one-handed versions, converting your strife specibus to 1/2 CHAINSAWKIND in the process. This apparently ejects all of your other chainsaws from the specibus, but the Vibroshears are a lot easier to use so you're honestly fine leaving the rest at home.
